2. Offline Operation

All processing happens locally on your device:

360° photo and video processing
Voice recognition (using offline Whisper AI)
Metadata injection
File exports

3. Payment Processing

We use Paddle as our payment processor and merchant of record. When you make a purchase:

Paddle collects payment information necessary to process your transaction
Paddle handles all tax calculations and compliance
We receive only your email address and order details

4. License Validation

The software may occasionally check license validity with our server. This check only transmits:

Your license key
Software version number

No personal data or content is transmitted during license checks.

If the application crashes, no data is automatically sent. You may choose to manually send crash reports to help us improve the software.

Our website (not the application) uses basic analytics to understand visitor traffic. This may include:

General geographic location (country level)
Browser type

7. Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data through the application, there's nothing to delete or export. For any purchase-related data held by Paddle, please contact them directly.
