Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use YouTool360 on your personal devices. This license is for personal or commercial use.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

Install and use the Software on multiple devices you own
Create 360° videos for personal or commercial purposes
Use all features included in your purchased version

4. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Redistribute, resell, or share your license
Remove or alter any proprietary notices
Use the Software for illegal purposes

5. Updates and Support

Your purchase includes free updates for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, you may continue using your current version but will need to purchase a new license for major updates.

6. Privacy

The Software operates entirely offline and does not collect any personal data. For payment processing, we use Paddle as our merchant of record. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the Software, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
